By using a product obtained from STAINLESS RIDE DISTRIBUTORS, L.L.C., the User agrees to the Terms & Conditions listed below:

The determination of the suitability of any product for specific use is the responsibility of the User. All motorcycles are potentially dangerous and can cause great harm, personal injury or death. It is your obligation to operate, use, transport, maintain and store your motorcycle in a safe manner. Parts & accessories for motorcycles are potentially dangerous and if installed and/or operated incorrectly can cause your motorcycle to malfunction, lose control and/or crash. To insure safety of operation, we recommend that all parts & accessories be inspected, fitted and installed by a competent motorcycle mechanic before using the motorcycle. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury as a result of the installation or use of any of the parts & accessories obtained from STAINLESS RIDE DISTRIBUTORS, L.L.C. or it’s agents. Warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the original part per the Original Manufacturer’s warranty period.

It is agreed by and between the User and STAINLESS RIDE DISTRIBUTORS, L.L.C. that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this agreement, shall be litigated, if at all, before the United States District Court for MIAMI, FLORIDA, or as to those lawsuits to which the Federal Courts of the United States lack subject matter jurisdiction, before a court located in DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, USA to the exclusion of the Courts of any other county, state or country.
