All STAINLESS RIDE S.A mufflers are guaranteed for life for material and workmanship. We can offer this because each muffler is made of 304 stainless steel that will never corrode, and our craftsmen create each muffler with pride. The only component that is not guaranteed for life is the fiberglass packing that some models use. This carries a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty against material defects.
If you receive an item damaged, notify STAINLESS RIDE DISTRIBUTORS, L.L.C. within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. In most cases you will receive replacement items. Please call STAINLESS RIDE DISTRIBUTORS, L.L.C. for immediate replacement. STAINLESS RIDE DISTRIBUTORS, L.L.C. will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 5 working day allowable limit.
Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment.
